Things to think about before the session.
In order to get the best from the session, it’s well worth you having a think about the following aspects of your business. This will help you have answers ready to hand as we go through to see how you can achieve your desired aim. Preparation is not mandatory, and it’s fine if you don’t have the answers yet – we’ll guide you through it all when we talk.
What made you want to set up this business? What experience did you have? Why is it important that you serve your clients the way you do? Why should they choose you over anyone else?
What are the key targets for your business? Who are your clients? What services do you offer, and how much are they? How do you currently get new clients, and keepthe ones you have engaged and coming back?
What are your targets or objectives over the next 1, 5 and 10 years? What are the key challenges to growing and scaling your operation?
We will work through this together based on the three previous sections, to see which of the strategies we have used to good effect with other clients will best help you achieve your own objectives.
We’ll agree a date and time to meet virtually. (It’s best if you can be by a screen larger than a phone.)
We use the Zoom system to run the sessions. We’ll send you a link just beforehand by email – its free to use.
If you like, we can record the session and send it to you afterwards, which saves you scribbling notes down.
